notice your body. notice your home around your body––if you are not at home, imagine a past or dream home. call up the details of it, beyond possessions & including the light, the other beings living there, the landscape, the neighbours human & beyond...

notice your body. map sensations, imagery, rhythm, stillness, heat, coolness, emotion, vibe, impulse, energy...

notice where you feel ease / space / ok / openness in your body. don't try to make it do anything, just notice it. hang with it for a few moments.

notice what you desire to become. how do you want to feel/be? what do you want to do?
notice your body.

now, remember back to the new moon.
what is one thing you've been practicing since then? or, what is one thing you've intended to practice since then, whether or not it's been happening?
