moonwork mini: waxing crescent
notice your body. find a way to be balanced between your two sides, between both feet or both asscheeks, with a long spine.
orient to a good thing in your immediate sensory experience. it can be a little good or extremely good; it just needs to be something that feels kind of good. notice its sensation, texture, imagery, movement/stillness, colour, mood, vibe...
invite one detail of that good thing's presence in your body to take up just a tiny bit more space, or to turn its volume up just a tiny bit
let it go
repeat this twice more––each time orienting to a good thing, of any scale, and feeling into it in a literal, material embodied way: not what is the metaphor or story in your head for how it feels, but what does your skin, your organs, your face, your bones feel?
find your balance between your two sides again.
find your long spine again.
notice what is different now from before you practiced.
