thursday sessions generally include opening somatic practice, checkins, a "lesson," reflection & practice time (solo/dyad/triad/group), and checkouts. participants are warmly welcomed & consistently encouraged to tend to their bodies & consent throughout. all thursdays are recorded; feel free to participate asynchronously if that suits your needs best, though i can be more responsive to the specifics of you & the group if you are there live.

friday sessions are a low-talk practice space doing the actual embodied tending to do what we're trying to do. these sessions are not recorded; a template is offered for you to use solo or with a friend if you want or need to practice asynchronously.
